About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a critical role in building and converting pipeline at Athennian. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, bridging demand generation efforts with revenue outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, engaging them through structured, signal-driven outreach and converting that engagement into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
Unlike traditional BDR roles focused on volume, this position emphasizes precision: using data, tools and timing to engage the right prospects with the right message. You will work closely with Demand Generation and Revenue Operations to act on high-intent signals, and with Sales to ensure opportunities are well-qualified and positioned for success.
This is an opportunity for a driven, tech-savvy BDR to operate at the leading edge of modern prospecting, leveraging AI, automation and structured workflows to build a repeatable outbound engine. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Engineering & Enablement, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our marketing efforts and our sales pipeline.

The pay range for this role is:
