Mortgage Sales Recruiter

 

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring talent within the mortgage industry. This position will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring loan officers that align with the company’s goals and culture, while driving our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting high-performing sales professionals that consistently meet or exceed targets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all sales team recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sourcing methods to optimize lead generation, candidate quality, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
  • Identify high-performing sales talent within specific markets.
  • Identify and engage with recruiting leads generated through referral programs, cold calling or contacts, networking, recruitment campaigns, social media platforms, and other sourcing methods.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of LO candidates.
  • Build ongoing relationships with passive candidates, understanding their aspirations, pain points, and motivations to effectively pitch opportunities within the organization.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance metrics for outreach and placement.

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • High energy, approachable individual who thrives on building relationships, meeting new people, and can effectively articulate ACM’s vision, culture, and value add proposition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates.
  • Experience utilizing multiple recruitment methods to source and attract top talent
  • Strong networking skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Mortgage Sales Recruiter.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to represent ACM as an employer of choice.
