Atlantic Coast Mortgage, LLC (“ACM”) is seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Lead to join our Business Development Team. In this role, you will capture authentic moments, edit short-form content, and help mortgage professionals build trust and credibility through their online presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and eager to learn with an interest in client engagement and business development.

Location: Northern Virginia - Hybrid


Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Collaboration:
    • Support co-branded marketing projects with referral partners, including flyers, social media assets, and promotional materials.
    • Attend media days and branch events to capture photos, video clips, and B-roll.
    • Collaborate with the Business Development team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that align with company goals.
    • Deliver 30-40 ready-to-post short clips and images per month to support our Loan Officers.
    • Prepare and organize photo/video libraries.
  • Posting and Reporting:
    • Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or Metricool to schedule posts to social platforms.
    • Copy editing and writing basic captions and hashtags following brand guidelines.
    • Track engagement and present results through monthly status updates.

Qualifications:

  • Strong editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Descript, and Canva.
  • 1-3 years of hands on experience in short form video creation and marketing.
  • Comfortable working onsite at events and engage people on camera.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with technology including smartphone, ring lights, gimbals and wireless mics.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Prior experience working in a sales environment, real estate or mortgage is a plus.
