The Mortgage Post Closing Specialist is perfect for someone interested in beginning a career in the mortgage industry. This role will support the Post Closing Department in all administrative and organization duties. Join a team of dedicated professionals and learn from the best.
This role requires on-site work in Fairfax, VA.
Essential Functions:
· Provides administrative support associated with preparing loan packages
· Print and scan documents within tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
· Maintain clear and accurate documentation on the progress and disposition of loan files
· Acquire a high level of expertise relative to all mortgage loan documentation required to satisfy post-closing deficiencies, including but not limited to disclosures, documents, appraisals, income, and asset statements
Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm to learn the mortgage process
· Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
· Strong written and oral communication skills
