🚀 Join Atlas Metrics on our mission to make the sustainability impact of companies and financial institutions fully transparent. We are a Series A stage company, backed by top VCs including MMC Ventures, Cherry Ventures, B2Venture, Redstone and GFC.

⭐️ We’re building the market-leading technology platform for organizations to track their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data, manage their sustainability performance, and turn transparency into strategic business value.

We’re growing fast and looking for motivated people who want to help shape the future of sustainability reporting. If you're looking to kick off your career in marketing and gain hands-on experience at a high-impact startup, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Working Student, you'll support the marketing team with a variety of hands-on tasks while gaining insight into how a fast-growing SaaS company builds awareness, reaches target audiences, and supports revenue growth. You’ll primarily focus on executional support and bring energy, curiosity, and reliability to the team.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and events
  • Basic understanding of SEO (or motivation to learn)
  • Helping prepare content and assets like visuals, decks, social media posts, or blog materials
  • Support the creation of enablement materials (e.g., brochures, FAQs, pitch decks) that help the sales team to position our products effectively
  • Help document best practices and structure internal resources that support scalable go-lives for new features
  • Supporting event logistics, including webinar setup, invitations, and follow-ups
  • Conducting basic market or competitor research to support content or campaign planning

This role is ideal if you want to gain experience in the operational side of marketing while still studying — and learn how a purpose-driven B2B startup works from the inside.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s not just looking for a student job — but who wants to grow into a marketing role that creates real business impact.

You’re a great fit if:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in B2B tech, sustainability, or startups, and want to understand how marketing drives business growth.
  • You have strong communication skills in both German and English — written and spoken — and feel confident writing short content or helping refine messaging.
  • You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, and you take ownership of your work.
  • You’re curious and analytical
  • You enjoy working independently, but thrive in collaboration and value being part of a supportive, purpose-driven team.
  • Bonus: You’ve already gained experience through internships, university projects, or student jobs in marketing, communications, or business operations — especially in a SaaS or digital environment.

What We Offer

  • Part-time role (15–20h/week) with flexible hours to fit your studies
  • A front-row seat to a fast-growing, mission-driven tech company
  • Real ownership of tasks — you won’t be just "helping out"
  • Fully remote setup (within CET ±3h) or from our HQ in Berlin
  • Equipment of your choice and home office budget
  • A collaborative, international, and supportive team culture
