We are looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Engineering & AI Automation to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you will:

• Orchestrate the GTM Stack Strategy: Audit, modernize, and orchestrate the revenue stack across CRM, marketing automation, attribution, intent signals, enrichment, workflow automation, AI agents, reporting, and campaign infrastructure.
• Productionize Sherpa & AI Workflows: Scale and productionize AtScale's Claude-based marketing intelligence agent (Sherpa) and related AI workflows from individual prototypes into repeatable team operating systems.
• Build Signal-to-Action Automations & Data Loops: Connect account, campaign, content, and intent signals into automated workflows to accelerate response times while ensuring performance data loops cleanly back from external agencies into internal systems.

Who You Are

• You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
• You value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency.
• You have experience with designing, building, or operating B2B GTM systems (5+ years), productionizing AI workflows/LLM-based processes, and modernizing complex revenue stacks.
• You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours.
