We are rapidly expanding locations across Connecticut and the northeast U.S., with plans to launch our brand nationally. We are currently seeking a full-time, skilled and patient-centered Medical Assistant to join our growing team at both the Greenwich and Stamford locations.
As an Attune Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our providers and ensuring seamless clinical operations. You’ll assist with patient intake, treatment preparation, and post-procedure documentation while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic medical environment, and is passionate about patient care. You’ll work closely under the supervision of our Registered Nurses and collaborate across departments to ensure every client receives an exceptional Attune experience.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
· Prior experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic setting
· Phlebotomy or injection assistance experience is an asset
· Proficiency with EMR software and patient documentation
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Skincare or aesthetics background preferred
· Must meet all U.S. employment and eligibility requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Intake & Preparation
· Greet patients, verify identification, review consent forms, and confirm medical history
· Record vitals and capture pre-procedure photographs per protocol
· Set up treatment rooms with clean linens, sterile instruments, and properly labeled supplies
Procedure Support (Under RN Supervision)
· Prepare skin by cleansing, degreasing, and applying topical anesthetic as directed
· Lay out syringes, needles, and dilution materials while maintaining strict sterile technique
· Assist in patient comfort, positioning, and reassurance throughout treatments
Post-Procedure & Follow-Up
· Safely clean and break down treatment rooms, disposing of sharps and biohazard waste correctly
· Provide post-care instructions and confirm follow-up or photography timelines
· Document all product usage, lot numbers, expiration dates, and treatment details accurately
Inventory & Clinic Operations
· Track and restock injectables, needles, consumables, and skincare products
· Monitor supply levels and communicate restocking needs proactively
· Support front desk operations as needed (checkout, payments, scheduling, and client coordination)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
· Hourly salary: $22-$24 based on experience
· Additional earning potential with Attune Med Spa tiered bonus structure
