Remote Diagnostic Audiologist

Auris Practice Solutions, LLC

MaestroAuD® Diagnostic Audiologist

Accelerating Access.   Advancing Care.   Changing Lives.

Be Part of Something Bigger.

Across the country, patients wait weeks, sometimes months, for the diagnostic hearing evaluation that determines the next step in their care. Physicians wait to diagnose. Treatment is delayed. Patients keep living with uncertainty. We believe they deserve better.

Auris Practice Solutions was founded to solve one of the biggest challenges in hearing healthcare: access. By partnering with ENT and private audiology practices nationwide, we help patients get answers sooner, physicians begin treatment earlier, and practices care for more patients without compromising on quality.

As a Diagnostic Audiologist, you will do more than perform hearing evaluations. You will restore momentum to a patient's care. Working remotely through our hybrid model, you will deliver the full diagnostic evaluations that move patients from symptoms to diagnosis, and from uncertainty to answers.

HOW OUR MODEL WORKS

Our hybrid model pairs you, the licensed audiologist, with trained Clinic Assistants inside partner ENT and audiology practices. The assistants handle patient intake, setup, and equipment operation under your direction, powered by our MaestroFusion™ platform. You make the clinical decisions: protocol selection, real-time oversight, interpretation, and recommendations. You practice at the top of your license and reach more patients, without the drive time or the administrative load of a traditional clinic.

SET UP TO SUCCEED

Remote experience is a plus. If you do not have it yet, our MaestroAuD Certification Program gets you remote-ready to deliver care through MaestroFusion, so you can focus on your patients from day one. If we hire you, it is because you are outstanding, and we invest in you to match. That includes supporting licensure in the states you will serve.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

     Patients receive answers sooner.

Physicians diagnose and begin treatment without unnecessary delays.

Patients who need hearing rehabilitation begin treatment sooner.

ENT and audiology practices expand access while keeping their clinical standards high.

Every diagnostic evaluation restores momentum to a patient's care.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Direct and interpret diagnostic audiologic evaluations delivered through our MaestroFusion platform.

Provide clinical interpretation and assessment findings that inform physician diagnosis and next steps.

Partner closely with ENT physicians and onsite Clinic Assistants to keep care consistent and high-quality.

Educate patients on findings and next steps in clear, compassionate terms.

Document accurately and efficiently within our clinical systems.

Bring consistent, high-quality care to every practice you serve.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

REQUIRED

Strong diagnostic skills and sound clinical judgment across the standard test battery.

PREFERRED

CCC-A (ASHA) and/or American Board of Audiology (ABA) certification.

Prior tele-audiology or remote care experience. This is a plus, not a requirement; our MaestroAuD Certification Program gets you remote-ready.

Benefits for full-time team members include a QSEHRA (a monthly health-insurance reimbursement allowance), a 401(k), paid time off, and a continuing-education (CEU) allowance. We also reimburse state license and ABA/ASHA dues.
