About the Role

We’re actively hiring remote audiologists licensed in Connecticut to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals looking for flexibility, purpose-driven work, and the chance to lead in an evolving field.

Highlights:

  • Fully remote (work from anywhere)
  • Consistent weekly schedule available in Connecticut
  • Part-time to near full-time available (starting with ~12 hours/week for this opportunity and potential to grow)
  • 1099 contract to start, with potential to evolve into full-time W-2 role

You’ll work with in-clinic medical assistants to deliver comprehensive diagnostic audiology—combining hands-on support at the clinic with expert oversight by you.


What You’ll Do

As a MaestroAuD™ Diagnostic Audiologist, you’ll:

  • Remotely conduct air, bone, and speech audiometry, tympanometry, and OAEs
  • Collaborate in real-time with clinic-based medical assistants (MAs)
  • Ensure accurate test administration and patient support throughout each session
  • Interpret results and create clinical reports for ENT or supervising physicians
  • Provide next-step recommendations and communicate with the care team
  • Join professional development discussions to optimize our clinical model

Qualifications

We’re looking for audiologists who are:

  • Licensed in Connecticut (CT)other licenses a plus
  • Experienced in diagnostics (2+ years preferred)
  • Confident with remote platforms and tools (NOAH, MedRx, Zoom, EMRs, etc.)
  • Professional and personable communicators
  • Comfortable working independently in a tech-forward environment
  • Equipped with a quiet, reliable remote workspace
