About the role
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect at Auxo Solutions, you will play a collaborative role in designing, managing, and implementing applications that deliver the highest quality experience to our customers. What you'll do
- Partner with Auxo's stakeholders to understand marketing goals, campaign requirements, and customer journey needs.
- Design, build, and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Develop personalized and dynamic campaigns leveraging AMPscript, SQL queries, and segmentation strategies.
- Configure and maintain data extensions, subscriber lists, and data models to ensure accurate targeting.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing, campaign analysis, and performance reporting to improve engagement and ROI.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to marketing teams for effective use of SFMC tools.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across all digital communications.
- Maintain knowledge on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or in a similar digital marketing automation role.
- Hands-on expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS for campaign personalization and optimization.
- Experience with data modeling, segmentation, and ETL within Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize strategies.
- Ability to drive adoption and training for SFMC users.
- Excellent communication, client-facing ability, and project management skills.

- The role may require infrequent travel to client sites.
- Team members are expected to be available to work ~8:30am - 5:30pm EST M-F.
