About the role

Avadim Holdings Inc., is a contract packaging  and manufacturing company focused on bringing products from concept to commercialization. We offer years of experience in the development, validation, manufacturing and packaging of products such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, retail and cosmetics. Our capabilities include form-fill-seal packaging, bottling, wet-out operations, standard bar sealing, assemblies, and a kit packaging. Designed to be a one-stop shop, we provide expertise to ensure project oversight for regulatory compliance and increase speed to market.

What you'll do

  • Maintain a safe work area and observe all company safety regulations and procedures, including wearing all required personal protective equipment; report any safety issue to appropriate personnel
  • Perform manual operations such as line feeder, filling, labeling, packing, capping, palletizing, sealing, and inspecting
  • Perform quality inspections during production and immediately report any non-standard issues to the Production Manager and Quality team members
  • Continually observe products and materials being used and reject any substandard products materials or packages not in compliance with SOP’s and GMP’s
  • Maintain sanitary conditions in immediate work area at all times and assist in ongoing and assigned clean-up
  • Assist with total line changeovers
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and legibly
  • Follow instructions and document accurate calculations for completing batch documentation
  • Maintain reliable attendance, including overtime as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy and keen observation
  • Manufacturing Experience: Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
  • Quality Assurance: Ability to conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs and GMPs
  • Safety Management: Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response
  • Documentation: Accurate record-keeping and batch documentation
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and dependability
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds

Education and Experience:


  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Successful background and Drug screen required

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Required to work Mon-Thursday, 10hr shift from 7:00am-5:30pm
  • Required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The position involves sitting, walking and lifting up to 50 pounds, possibly above shoulder level.
  • Push or Pull up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fragrances or airborne particles and moving mechanical parts.
