We are looking for an Senior Associate, Consumer PR to scale our consumer PR capabilities and lead paid media within the consumer PR division. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Public Relations, you will partner with PR, influencer, creative, and performance teams to design, launch, and optimize consumer PR and paid-amplification programs that drive measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns that amplify earned PR coverage and influencer content.
- Build and grow consumer PR programs and partnerships with publishers, retailers, and media partners.
- Work directly with influencers and publishers to coordinate content, amplification, and distribution strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities using data and dashboards.
- Align messaging and strategy across PR, influencer, creative, and paid channels.
- Create media plans and performance reports tied to KPIs.
- Keep the team updated on digital trends, platform changes, and consumer PR best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years running paid media campaigns within consumer PR or closely related roles; agency or high-growth brand experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience building consumer PR programs and managing partnerships with publishers/retail channels.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and scale performance-driven media.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with paid media dashboards and reporting.
- Excellent organization and communication skills; proven cross-team collaboration.
- Experience with influencer marketing and content amplification is a plus.
