An ADVANCED HVAC SOLUTIONS Manager that is looking to work and succeed in a challenging and rewarding environment with a rapidly growing company. This individual will focus its main attention on supporting the sales and operations teams on the best practices and solutions to meet the client requirements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proficiently read and comprehended construction drawings and plans, as required for project execution.
- Collaborate closely with Regional and Local team members by actively participating in jobsite walks, performing thorough inspections of projects, and understanding customer requirements.
- Perform various load calculations, such as cooling sensible load, cooling and drying latent load, heating load, air change/rotation, room pressurization, construction drying, and electrical load calculations for line voltage distribution and generators to support sales opportunities.
- Design and articulate innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs, leveraging our comprehensive fleet of rental equipment.
- Assist Sales team members in preparing accurate quotes for complex projects that necessitate in-depth HVAC knowledge.
- Act as the face of our company during remote and in-person meetings with clients, showcasing your ability to present materials and answer questions to diverse audiences ranging from 5 to 200 people.
- Provide comprehensive training and guidance to our sales and operations personnel, ensuring their proficiency in the operation, installation, and limitations of specific solutions—whether in the field, office, or remotely.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to develop and implement best practices for equipment design, installation, and service.
- Foster strong relationships with sales and operations team members, serving as a mentor and coach in our fleet applications and best practices.
PREFERRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- 5 years of extensive HVAC experience, which includes expertise in AC engineering/design or applications, electric heat engineering/design or applications, and direct/indirect fired heat engineering/design or applications.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively engage in both remote and in-person verbal and written communication.
- Climate rental experience is considered helpful, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.
- Technical service and repair experience of HVAC equipment is considered helpful, it is not mandatory for this position.
Required
● Hold a valid Driver’s License/Maintain a satisfactory driving record
● Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month, if required, to ensure effective technical sales and operations approach, efficient project execution and maintain client satisfaction.
