What We're Looking For:

 

- Industry Experience: 1+ years of experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement preferred but not required.

- Comfort with Commission: Ability to thrive in a 100% commission-based role.

- Construction Knowledge: Experience in construction is beneficial, though not mandatory.

- Physical Requirements: Comfortable with physical tasks including entering crawlspaces, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling.

- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills required; we provide training on specialized software.
