Why This Role Matters
As Senior Sales Director for the QSR vertical, you will lead Azira’s growth strategy among local, regional, and national QSR chains and their respective marketing agencies, helping them leverage our media buying suite of solutions. You will own the QSR category, drive new business growth, and partner cross-functionally to deliver powerful solutions that blend data, insights, and media. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that’s critical to Azira’s growth in a strategic vertical.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell into QSRs and their respective agencies, not just with media, but with insight—someone who’s helped fast food brands use location intelligence to drive traffic, measure impact, and build customer relationships. What You’ll Do
- Lead the go-to-market strategy and sales execution for the QSR vertical, from planning to close
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of QSR brands and agency partners through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship development
- Conduct discovery sessions, craft compelling pitches, and tailor proposals to align Azira’s capabilities with client goals
- Close complex, enterprise-level deals and consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to shape category-relevant solutions
- Serve as the internal voice of the QSR market—providing feedback on client needs, competitive trends, and growth opportunities
- Represent Azira at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Share best practices and contribute to the broader Sales team’s growth and development
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with proven success selling into the QSR space—brand-side or agency-side
- Deep understanding of programmatic media, audience segmentation, and location-based targeting
- Bonus: experience with CDPs, foot traffic attribution, or measurement tools
- A consultative sales approach with a track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you make technical solutions feel strategic and actionable
- Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to work cross-functionally and win as a team
