Sales Associate - hourly

20-30 hours per week

• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience through product knowledge and active engagement.
• Ensure every customer is greeted and supported with genuine interaction—no passive sales habits.
• Monitor customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities to improve service and merchandising.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals through consistent execution and coaching.
• Drive conversion, UPT, and AOV through active selling and floor leadership.
• Participate in team huddles and sales-focused meetings to align strategy and execution.
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, shipment processing, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and aligned to brand guidelines.
• Maintain schedules, help manage payroll accuracy, and complete assigned operational tasks on time.
• Identify issues in inventory, processes, or customer experience before they affect performance.
• Propose improvements that enhance traffic, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age.
• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active presence on the sales floor with ability to stand/walk for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
