About the role
- The Manager, Education & Training Operations oversees the execution and delivery of BAFT’s training & education programs (certificates, custom training, licensing, workshops, webinars, affiliate programs). This contract position is responsible for the end-to-end management of course deployment, learning management system (LMS) administration, and operational coordination of BAFT’s educational programs. This role works closely with internal teams and 3rd party providers to ensure educational products are accurately built, tested, maintained in the LMS, while onboarding and supporting students, trainers and other stakeholders with high level of responsiveness and professionalism. Position reports to VP, Marketing, Events, & Educational Programs. This is a part-time remote contract position.
What you'll do
Program and Project Management (30%)
- Oversee the operational delivery of BAFT’s on-demand certificate and custom training programs, managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables with instructional designers, content director, trainers and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate across internal BAFT teams to ensure smooth launches and updates.
- Track dependencies, deliverables, and status updates to ensure all project elements are completed on time and within scope.
- Serve as the main point of contact for 3rd party providers (ie. instructional designers and trainers), QA testing, and post-launch maintenance.
- Support Logistics Director on workshops, webinars and other custom training programs.
LMS and Website Administration (25%)
- Working with Logistics Director and Kellen IT, manage course setup and configuration in the Elevate LMS, ensuring accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and course content.
- Upload and update flyers, exams, certificates of completion, and other assets.
- Test new courses and system updates for functionality, accessibility, and accuracy prior to launch.
- Ensure consistency between LMS and website course listings.
Affiliate and Bulk Client Management (15%)
- Onboard and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and bulk order clients.
- Administer coupons, referral links, invoices, and quarterly reporting.
- Track, invoice and collect outstanding payments as well as ensure affiliate partners are paid in a timely manner.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting (20%)
- Act as first-line of support for student access, enrollment, and payment issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to login, coupons, or certificate generation.
- Collaborate with Kellen IT and VP Operations resolve system bugs and performance issues efficiently.
Reporting and Data Management (10%)
- Generate and distribute LMS performance reports (enrollment, completions, revenue, student progress).
- Track and analyze student and program data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Support annual audits and accreditation reporting through accurate data extracts.
- Review course analytics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in program/project management, learning administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing LMS platforms (experience with Elevate LMS a plus).
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables.
- Familiarity with e-learning systems, testing workflows, and online training deployment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical or process issues independently.
The pay range for this role is:
4,000 - 5,000 USD per month (United States)
