JOB TITLE: Receiving/Replenishment Specialist


LOCATION: Lehi, UT


DEPARTMENT: Receiving/Replenishment 


REPORTS TO: Receiving/Replenishment Manager


JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM




POSITION SUMMARY


The Receiving/Replenishment Specialist is responsible for ensuring all inbound product is accurately and efficiently accounted for each day within a high-volume, fast-paced working environment.  This team member will receive product deliveries, update inventory, restock product locations as well as perform general warehouse duties including warehouse cleanup.  As a company we strive to create a positive, uplifting work environment.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Follow proper procedures to receive produce.
  • Provide updates as new items are received to ensure full accuracy.
  • Complete bin restocks.
  • Restock locations.
  • Perform inventory counts and reporting as required.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment to place and organize product containers.
  • Operate Shiphero on Ipads and computers.
  • Actively participate and contribute on ways to optimize warehousing procedures and build up the team.
  • Report any issues to the team lead/supervisor.
  • Assist with cross-department support during periods of high volume or peak season.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized and clear workplace.
  • Other tasks as required to meet team goals.



QUALIFICATIONS


  • 6-12 months of prior receiving/warehouse or similar experience in a distribution warehouse or other inventory handling environment.
  • Basic computer skills (i.e. personal computers, printers, email)
  • Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocol.
  • Actively support team concepts and effectively communicate with team members.
  • Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
  • Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
  • Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Able to stand, walk or sit for extended periods of time.

The pay range for this role is:

15 - 16 USD per hour (Lehi, UT)
