About this role:                                                                                   
Barron Lighting Group is a leader in manufacturing and marketing its comprehensive line of lighting solutions for commercial and industrial applications. We’re looking to grow our business with innovative people who can contribute to our company culture and vision.  As Inventory Analyst, you will play a vital role by being responsible for ensuring that appropriate inventory levels are sustained in multiple distribution centers to support the production and sales demand.  Also, this position will interact with multiple departments to determine strategies in managing the supply chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze sales trends and forecasts to ensure all warehouse locations have appropriate inventory levels.
  • Work with Brand, Sales and FP&A to review sales and inventory by warehouse and make recommendations to allocators for changes to improve sales.  Determine the correct quantity of units that need to be ordered to maintain inventory levels at each warehouse to support sales and achieve optimal inventory turns.
  • Coordinate smooth transition of new product lines by depleting stock of old products and building up stock of new product prior to the launch date to maintain optimal level of inventory.
  • Analyze MAS500 transactions on problem items to find discrepancies with reporting/receiving/material allocations/transferring/confirming and taking corrective action.
  • Conduct inventory analysis, audits, reconciliation, and asset allocations within the Company's 12 warehouse locations for materials in every stage (raw, WIP, finished) and identifies improvements.
  • Identify and/or help troubleshoot the root causes of the cycle count results (inventory discrepancies.)
  • Act as a liaison between Vendors, Product Managers, Sourcing, Sales and Warehouse Staff to communicate all pertinent information such as delivery dates, product delays, and regulatory issues.
What you bring to our vision:
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar field from an accredited undergraduate institution required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of inventory analysis/ purchasing experience required.
  • SAGE MAS500 experience a plus!

The pay range for this role is:

55,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Glendale, Arizona)
