We are looking for a Client Partner Manager who sits at the intersection of delivery excellence and strategic account growth. You aren't just managing a project; you are a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring our technical solutions solve their most pressing business challenges.
This role requires a unique blend of technical fluency, high-level delivery oversight, and a commercial mindset. You will be the primary bridge between our technical teams and the client’s executive stakeholders, turning successful delivery into long-term partnership expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, moving beyond "status updates" to high-level strategic consulting.
- Account Growth & Strategy: Identify untapped business needs within existing accounts and partner with sales/leadership to propose and close new workstreams.
- Delivery Governance: Provide high-level oversight of project health, ensuring that technical execution aligns perfectly with the client’s overarching business goals.
- Solutioning & Value Engineering: Participate in technical and architectural discussions to ensure the proposed tech stack and roadmap provide the best ROI for the client.
- Commercial Ownership: Lead contract renewals, scope negotiations, and resource planning to ensure account profitability and sustainability.
- Conflict Resolution & Advocacy: Navigate complex technical and business roadblocks, acting as an advocate for both the client’s success and our internal delivery teams.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively advise clients on how emerging technologies can optimize their operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation environments.
- Hybrid Background: A strong foundation in software engineering/development combined with a proven track record in account management or business development.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to grow account revenue (farming) and manage P&L/budgets for large-scale engagements.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience influencing C-suite or VP-level stakeholders in complex, enterprise-level environments.
