We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, access certification, and role-based access control across enterprise environments.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications for automated provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Implement access review campaigns and role mining strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across systems.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enforce IAM policies.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

🧠 Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and administration.
  • Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SOD, provisioning, and certification.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).

🌟 Preferred Qualifications:

  • SailPoint Certified Engineer.
  • Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, Ping).
  • Background in cybersecurity or enterprise architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

The pay range for this role is:

30 - 40 USD per hour (Remote (Mexico))
