Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland, Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA.

Role Overview


We are seeking a Manufacturing Programs Intern to join us for the summer of 2026. This position will be located in our Englewood, Colorado facility.  


What You'll Do...

  • Maintain project schedule via Gantt charts and escalate/highlight root causes for schedule impacts 
  • Interacting with outside vendors to communicate project scope and get updates on hardware status 
  • Work with internal software systems to create work orders/purchase orders 
  • Maintain engine hardware inventory and hardware status

You Have...

  • At minimum, completed Sophomore year of college or university by the time of the summer internship assignment
  • Applicable manufacturing engineering, aerospace, or supply chain experience from a previous internship / school is preferred
  • Passionate about additive manufacturing and/or aviation/aerospace industry 
  • Problem solving abilities that bridge aerospace design and manufacturing realities to schedule and budget commitments
  • Able to define clear operational schedules, prioritizes and goals for operations and vendors. 
  • Curious, flexible, adaptive
  • High School/GED
  • Must have a minimum college GPA of 2.90 on a 4.00 scale at the time of application; cumulative, no rounding
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and motorized vehicle transportation if assigned an internship
  • Must have plans to be enrolled in classes during Fall Semester 2026
  • Ability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer of 2026
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Effective presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize their tasks effectively 
  • Highly Organized 
  • Combination of technical and interpersonal skills. 
  • Be able to work Monday-Friday on-site in our Englewood, Colorado location 
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
