Role Overview:
This role is integral to Beehive Industries, and specifically to the Operations and Corporate Services teams which focuses on development, manufacturing, assembly and testing of engines and propulsion systems. Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to the COO and collaborate closely with the entire leadership team
- Lead the Beehive Project Management Operating System and drive strategy and operational excellence
- Plan and manage COO staff meetings, including Operations and Corporate All Hands, and drive internal communications and team connectedness
- Identify organizational and process gaps, recommend solutions, and foster cross-group collaboration and synergies while implementing solutions
- Collaborate with leaders to set and track business goals and drive cross-team process improvements
- Synergize business operation and implement business operation changes, including process and policy development and knowledge management
- Own and execute knowledge management and information and data roadmaps
- Collaborate with Communications to develop a strategy for effective and engaging internal communication
- Demonstrate discretion and professionalism while addressing sensitive business and organizational issues with the Leadership Team
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience, continuous training programs, and effective internal communications
- Lead special projects, including the design and delivery of high-impact, cross-team projects to meet the evolving business environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Aerospace, Aviation and or Government/DoD production or manufacturing of hardware
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead extensive cross-group and cross-boundary coordination at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- History of demonstrating a wide range of analytical capabilities
- Ability to develop compelling internal presentations, customer-facing content, and comprehensive business review materials
- Expert in Continuous Improvement
- Must have in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following: Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, Business Processes, Engineering
- Able to scale manufacturing/production processes
- Subject Matter Expert in Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business)
- 10+ years of experience working directly with Operations, engineering, HR, recruiting, finance and stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience as a people manager
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and simultaneously work across multiple levels and organizational interfaces
- Knowledge and strong fundamentals in project management approaches and techniques
- Experience leading and managing small teams on fast-paced projects
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Experience with organizational design, general finance acumen, and operations
- Experience with various forms and levels of communication (written, verbal, executive, cross-functional, etc.)

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $180,000-$260,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
