Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Information Systems Manager to drive IT strategy and execution for our aerospace manufacturing company. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and management of core IT systems, including NetSuite ERP, First Resonance ION MES, Siemens Teamcenter PLM, and Azure GCC High operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in regulated environments, process automation, and seamless IT integration across manufacturing, engineering, and business operations.
Responsibilities:
NetSuite ERP Deployment and Management:
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite ERP to streamline financials, supply chain, inventory management, and production planning.
- Manage integration with First Resonance ION MES to ensure real-time visibility and traceability of manufacturing processes.
- Establish best practices for sandbox testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and change management to maintain ERP stability and compliance.
First Resonance ION MES Integration:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of First Resonance ION MES for enhanced shop floor visibility, production control, and quality assurance.
- Ensure real-time data synchronization between NetSuite, ION MES, and Siemens Teamcenter PLM platforms for seamless production and inventory management.
- Work closely with production teams to optimize manufacturing workflows, reduce cycle times, and enhance traceability.
- Leverage ION’s modular design to optimize manufacturing change tracking and reduce lead times.
Siemens Teamcenter PLM Integration:
- Manage the integration of Siemens Teamcenter PLM to streamline engineering design, change management, and product lifecycle processes.
- Ensure seamless data exchange between Teamcenter, NetSuite, and ION MES for unified BOM (Bill of Materials), part traceability, and configuration management.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support product development and compliance tracking.
Team Leadership and Project Management:
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance on ERP, MES, PLM, and Azure platform optimization.
- Develop project timelines, track milestones, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance, to identify and address IT needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in IT management with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP, First Resonance ION MES, and Siemens Teamcenter PLM deployment.
- Proven track record managing Azure GCC High environments with ITAR and NIST 800-171 compliance.
- Certifications: ITIL, ISA-95 PMP, NetSuite Administrator, Siemens Teamcenter Certified Professional, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Deep understanding of NetSuite ERP architecture, module configurations, and best practices for manufacturing.
- Experience with First Resonance ION MES, integration with ERP systems, and shop floor automation.
- Understanding of Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including BOM management, change control, and regulatory documentation.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks: ITAR, NIST 800-171, DFARS, and CMMC.
- Knowledge of data synchronization, API integrations, and real-time monitoring.
- Ability to lead IT teams, drive cross-functional projects, and work closely with manufacturing and engineering.
- Forward-looking approach to IT infrastructure, scalability, and compliance alignment.
- Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions with minimal disruption.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of translating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
