Machine Maintenance Technician

Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Role Overview:


The Machine Maintenance Technician will be working closely with our manufacturing and engineering teams. Will be responsible for the maintenance of facility, equipment and support equipment. The right candidate must have a strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Perform general industrial maintenance including fabrication, installation and inspections of equipment and devices.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance on Additive, CNC and other support equipment.
  • Manage facility ticketing and asset tracking systems to prioritize requests and workload.
  • Communicate machine status to engineers, customers, and management.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal training in a mechanical or maintenance trade (trade school, military, apprenticeship, or other formal training program)
  • 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Ability to work independently or within a small team with minimum direction
  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, and interpersonal skills
  • High work standards and quality
  • Experience working with compressed air lines and fittings
  • Experience with basic tools, powered hand tools and equipment
  • Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, hoists, and other lifting equipment
  • Self-driven individual with the ability to adapt when priorities change
  • Competent computer skills related to Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Excellent driving record

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with machine maintenance on CNC and other support equipment.
  • Understands vacuum pumps, piping, and material transfer systems
  • Experience reading blueprints and schematics
  • Able to coordinate with outside vendors and contractors
  • Lean/ Six Sigma or other process management training
  • Additive Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Automotive or aircraft technician background a plus

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $26.00-$40.00 hourly salary.  Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
