Role Overview

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our shipping department. This role will work and collaborate with our operations and development teams to ensure accuracy of shipments and timely deliveries.

What You'll Do...

• Will be tracking parts daily
• Will coordinate shipping items with UPS or Freight as needed
• Tracking part drawings and inventories
• Daily packing and shipping of all orders to meet customer delivery schedules
• Final visual inspection during packing and communicating any quality concerns
• Will be responsible for receiving inspection
• Storing material and goods safely at required locations
• Ability to operate a pallet jack, hand truck, and cutters
• Maintaining cleanliness of the shipping & receiving area
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Looking over work orders to verify shipments/receiving
• Staging jobs for production lines to be ready for their next jobs on schedule
• Will be responsible for weekly shop inventory counts

You have...

• Have the ability to work independently
• Hold a High School Diploma
• Have drive and willingness to understand directions and learn quickly
• Be able to be flexible and deal with changing priorities
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Must hold a valid Drivers license
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice to have...

• Experience in a production environment
• Experience with AS9100 systems and processes
• Manufacturing, Industrial, Warehouse experience

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $21-27 hourly salary.  Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
