About the role
As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you’ll lead Bellhop’s customer acquisition and engagement efforts. You will own our demand generation strategy, developing and managing cross-channel programs to attract prospective movers and convert them to happy customers. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Operations leaders, your work will accelerate Bellhop’s revenue growth.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Demand Generation: You’ll take charge of our customer acquisition programs, designing, managing, and optimizing performance-based campaigns across paid media, search, social, and other digital surfaces. Using your understanding of our target customer, you’ll maximize campaign performance through clever audience segmentation and relevant content selection, ensuring campaigns meet clearly-defined CAC goals.
- Engagement: You’ll design, build, and optimize high-performance email and SMS journeys that excite and inform prospective movers throughout the move experience, from booking, to move day, and beyond!
- Web Experience: You’ll create smooth, compelling web journeys to attract and convert curious prospective movers. Partnering with Product and Design partners, you’ll continually optimize marketing landing experiences.
- Data-informed Decision-making: You will monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-informed decisions to continually improve our marketing efforts. You’ll bring a test and learn approach to program development, iterating rapidly to scale winning strategies.
- Collaborative Team Player: You will work closely with Sales, Product, Design, and Operations partners to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Proven expertise in managing performance-based paid media campaigns, including working knowledge of Google Ads and Performance Max, Meta, and TikTok
- Knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices, and experience building conversion and lifecycle engagement journeys.
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile landing page optimization. Solid understanding of SEO concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with an in-house SEO team.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and analytics.
- A creative flair combined with strategic thinking – you love experimenting and testing ideas to find the perfect growth formula.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate a strategic point of view. Strong aesthetic sensibility is a plus.
