About the role

This is where you come in...

The Site Supervisor will work alongside our Operations management team to ensure day-to-day in-market operations are running like a well-oiled machine. As the Site Supervisor, you will report directly to the market manager.

This role is a part-time hourly position, with an expected schedule of Monday - Wednesday or Monday - Thursday from 7am-2pm ET. The current job site location is in San Antonio, FL.

What you'll do

Project Supervision - Responsible for oversight of drywall scattering program in the Tampa, FL market. Duties include:

• Reviewing upcoming delivery schedules and creating plans for the scattering teams each day.
• Scheduling labor teams and ensuring their safety training and PPE expectations are met.
• On-site attendance each day for the scatter.
• Maintaining contact with builder’s on-site representatives.
• Daily maintenance of Bellhop’s work station (water cooler, storage closet, etc.).
• Multiple check-ins with direct manager (pre-, during, and post-job) to ensure Bellhop meets all client expectations and requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift >= 50 lbs.
• Must be located in the Tampa area, within commuting distance (30-45 minutes) to the San Antonio, FL area.
• Reliable transportation to get to each job site.
• Ability to be on the job site by 7am ET every weekday morning and some weekends as needed.
• Comfortable with spending extended time outdoors, including during summer months.
• Deep City Knowledge - The key factor to operational success and high-quality moves is knowing your city like the back of your hand.
• Bias for Action - You have a bias for action. You attack problems head-on and don’t wait to be told what to do.
• Clear Communicator - You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight key insights. 
• Moving Experience - You have experience working as a mover. Familiarity with working on the Bellhop platform is a plus.
• Construction Experience - You have experience working as a contractor on job sites is preferred, but not required.
