As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Accountant to play a key role in our finance team, ensuring accuracy in our financial operations and helping scale our accounting processes.

What you'll do
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll support the day-to-day accounting functions that keep our financial operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Accounting Operations & Financial Reporting
- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and commissions/bonuses.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Support external audits, including preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Oversee AR and AP functions, managing invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Serve as the internal point person for finance-related inquiries.
- Monitor and manage company spending, ensuring alignment with budgets and policies.
Payroll & Tax Compliance
- Assist with payroll planning and reporting; serve as a backup for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations, including sales tax and VAT.
- Manage corporate credit card transactions, employee reimbursements, and travel & expense systems.
Process & System Improvements
- Collaborate with external accounting support, including outsourced bookkeeping, tax advisors, and auditors.
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and financial systems.
Qualifications
What You Should Have
- 4+ years of accounting/finance experience (Big 4 or regional firm experience preferred).
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with accounting software (Ramp, Xero, or similar tools).
- Ability to analyze financial data and derive meaningful insights.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong process-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias for action.
