Conference and Events Summer Student Employee

About the role

  • Conference and Event Services is seeking a reliable and motivated student worker to assist with campus conferences and camps during the summer months. This role supports the preparation and execution of guest services and residential accommodations for groups visiting campus. The ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment.

Work Environment:

Most work is in an office setting. Occasionally in classrooms, dorms or other campus locations. 


Physical Demands:

  • Ability to move materials and supplies related to conference preparation up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk across campus, and perform light cleaning tasks as needed

 

Expected Hours of Work:

40 hours a week through the summer.

The pay range for this role is:

14.25 - 14.25 USD per hour (Bethel University)
