About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of RevOps, you will be responsible for aligning our sales, marketing, and customer success and finance teams to create a seamless revenue generation machine. You will combine strategic thinking with technical expertise to build and optimize our sales stack. The processes and tools will ensure efficiency and effectiveness across our go-to-market functions. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping BetterComp’s revenue strategy and reporting directly to senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making for future growth.

What you bring:
- 5-9 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles in SaaS companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies
- Strong technical expertise with sales and marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) and proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives and change management in a fast-growth environment.
- Experience in building and optimizing sales processes and playbooks
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and revenue metrics
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive RevOps strategy aligned with company goals and growth targets and provide regular performance updates to the leadership team.
- Establish KPIs to measure success across revenue functions. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Design, build, and optimize the sales technology stack to support efficient revenue operations
- Create and maintain sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks to drive consistent performance
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead generation and nurturing processes are optimized for conversion
- Work closely with customer success to improve retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Work closely with finance to build reliable bookings forecasts and improve revenue predictability.
- Implement and manage CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into key revenue metrics for real-time tracking.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and drive sustainable revenue growth
