We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manager, Sales Development, to lead a team of 6-10 SDRs responsible for building a top-of-funnel pipeline. You will balance the science of sales development with the art of motivating, coaching, and driving consistent performance across the team. You will partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Account executives to scale campaigns, build and experiment with messaging, and be a key stakeholder in ensuring every engagement builds trust with BetterComp’s ICP.
