We're looking for a Product Manager - Range Modeling & Analytics to define the future of how companies design and understand their compensation structures.
Our Modeling & Analytics team owns the systems that help compensation teams build salary structures that scale – ranges, grades, and progression logic that work for their organization. You'll also own how we integrate analytics and reporting into the core product, so users can understand the impact of their decisions without leaving their workflow.

You'll define and execute the roadmap for next-generation modeling capabilities – including job-based ranges and AI-assisted tools that make complex compensation work more intuitive.
