IT Services Administrator

About the role


As our IT Services Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our internal IT systems and providing exceptional support to our employees. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, managing daily IT operations, user support, and system administration. You will play a key role in maintaining our technological infrastructure, ensuring our workforce has the tools and support needed to succeed, and contributing to a positive technical experience for everyone.

What you’ll do:

  • Support People Operations: Manage the IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including account creation, hardware provisioning, and access.
  • Support IT Operations: Maintain and document IT inventory, configurations, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. Collaborate with other teams to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
  • IT Technical Support: provide a consistent support to all employees, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and an exceptional user experience.
  • IT & Security Tools Administration: Help protect our remote workforce and data assets through the monitoring and response to events from controls including centralized antivirus, MDM, and DLP. Participate in IT security best practices, ensuring data integrity and system security configurations
  • Systems Integration: Help connect our tech stacks across the business using no-code/low-code platforms such as Zapier and Make, as well as direct API integrations, to automate workflows and enhance data flow between different applications.


What you bring:

  • 5+ years proven experience in an IT support or system administration role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of supporting common operating systems (macOS, Windows, Ubuntu), Google Workspace and SaaS business applications.
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code integration platforms like Zapier, Make, or similar, and an understanding of API concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus and work organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential IT challenges.
