About the role

We are seeking someone to lead Strategic Partnerships who will be responsible for developing win/win commercial agreements with a set of named accounts. This person is comfortable navigating large, complex organizations with the ability to align stakeholders in different business units to a singular vision built on collaboration, joint customer outcomes, and business growth. This person will be critical to developing, testing, and executing a partnership model to scale our market reach to our ICP. This person will be the face of BetterComp evangelizing and educating partner stakeholders.  

What you bring:

  • 7+ years of partnership or enterprise sales experience comfortable developing and growing complex relationships.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and develop client relationships.
  • Possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with executives and become a trusted advisor. 
  • Influence and build relationships within and outside the organization at all levels.
  • Show a strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving results.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in developing, negotiating, and structuring complex deals.
  • Comfortable building from the ground up and bringing clarity to ambiguous situations

What we offer:

  • Our fully remote position, based in the U.S., offers you the freedom to work from the comfort of your home, giving you the flexibility you've always wanted.
  • Competitive compensation package that includes:
    • Base salary range for this position: $100,000 - 120,000 (annually based on location and experience)
    • On-target commission: ~$80,000/year
    • On-target total earnings: ~$180,000 -$200,000/year
