About the Role
The Field Marketing Specialist will be a key hire on the marketing team helping to drive company growth through planning and executing events and sponsorships. This will be a highly visible role with a lot of room to grow for the right person. If you are highly organized, passionate about building a field marketing program, and want to make a big difference at an early stage company, this may be the right place for you.

What you bring:
3-5 years experience in marketing, event coordination, field sales, business development, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Demonstrated consistent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional project management including the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines
Experience with pre-and post-event communications for customers and prospects
Experience using CRM and marketing automation (specifically Hubspot and Salesforce)
Experience with managing to budgets and reporting on results
B2B SaaS, startup, and/or HR tech experience a plus
Experience with ABM or partner/channel marketing a plus
What you’ll do:
Lead event planning and execution for trade shows, conferences, and field events (e.g., lunch and learns, user events, etc.); collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on building event strategy
Manage and work within budgets set for events, sponsorships, etc.
Collaborate with Ops and Demand Gen to identify and track KPIs and report on outcomes
Collaborate with SDR and Sales leadership on regional strategies including managing Local Association relationships and sponsorships
Collaborate with Demand Generation & Content team on designing pre-event marketing and managing event follow-up and lead distribution to optimize event ROI
Work with SDR and Sales leadership to develop and expand account-based marketing / named account programs to support business growth
Work with Director of Partnerships to support partner marketing efforts, including both marketing to new and existing partners and delivering on co-marketing opportunities
Collaborate with Content, Customer Success, and Partnerships on identifying and project managing submission for speaking opportunities including conferences, webinars, local association events, etc.
