Responsibilities:

• Mixology Mastery: Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beers, wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Guest Delight: Provide exceptional customer service, warmly greeting guests, answering questions, and offering personalized drink recommendations.
• Barista Basics: Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is in top working order.
• Financial Finesse: Accurately process customer payments and manage cash register operations.
• Safety First: Adhere to all legal requirements, including age verification, and promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience bartending or in a similar customer service role.

• A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service.
• A valid server permit or willingness to obtain one (depending on state regulations).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during peak season.
