BEYONDER Camp Seeks Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to Join Our Thriving Team!

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for exceptional guest service?  BEYONDER Camp is searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cross-Trained Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team.

In this unique role, you'll leverage your maintenance expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, while also gaining valuable cross-training in guest relations and housekeeping. This opportunity allows you to contribute to an exceptional guest experience and expand your skillset within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Optimal Facilities: Conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and address equipment and facility issues promptly. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure a well-functioning camp environment.
• Elevating the Guest Experience:  Interact with guests professionally and provide prompt assistance to enhance their overall satisfaction.
• Ensuring Cleanliness:  Learn and assist housekeeping staff in maintaining guest accommodations and common areas to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or similar setting.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment. (Plumbing, electrical, or RV maintenance skills a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for positive guest interactions.
• A willingness to learn and excel in guest relations and housekeeping tasks.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high cleanliness and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a general maintenance role (residential housing, campground, or resort preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
