Position Summary:

The Front Desk Representative is an integral part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests. This role requires a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the campground and its amenities.
• Checking guests in and out, verifying their reservations, collecting payment, and assigning them to their campsites.
• Answering phone calls and emails, providing information about the campground, processing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records of all guest transactions and ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly.
• Assisting guests with any questions or concerns they may have, and resolving any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
• Promoting campground events and activities to guests.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.  

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with campground management software Campspot.
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
