Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Superstar to join our team as the General Manager of BEYONDER Camp. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create an exceptional guest experience. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of camp operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, and leading a team committed to creating magical moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

🏕️Guest Experience:

   - Curate and deliver a world-class guest experience that aligns with the BEYONDER Camp brand.

   - Foster a culture of hospitality excellence among the staff.

🧑‍💼Operational Management:

   - Oversee day-to-day operations, including accommodations, dining, activities, and guest services.

   - Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.

👍Team Leadership:

   - Recruit, train, and lead a diverse team of hospitality professionals.

   - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

💰Financial Management:

   - Develop and manage budgets, revenue targets, and cost-control measures.

   - Implement strategies to maximize profitability and ensure financial sustainability.

📶Marketing and Sales:

   - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote BEYONDER Camp and drive bookings.

   - Develop and maintain partnerships to enhance the camp's visibility and reach.

- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury or experiential settings.

Employment Information: 

●      The Manager is a full-time, permanent position.

●      Manager must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. 

●      Pay commensurate with experience.

●      Cash bonuses are available on a quarterly basis.
