The GTM and Operations Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive Bespineer to collaborate with both the GTM and Operations teams. In the GTM role, you will manage marketing analytics by reviewing Google Analytics and Google Ads reports, and updating internal data sources. You’ll also handle Salesforce reports related to marketing events and update our knowledge based with company stats, new sales kits, and press releases. Key tasks include Salesforce data clean-up, lead management, and tracking sales activities.

In the Operations team, you will support Bespin Global US’ overall business operations including managing contracts, creating business documents, analyzing important KPIs, and managing AR/AP invoices. You’ll also perform data analysis and market research to support important business decisions, handle and organize customer/billing information, track budgets, and work with internal teams to provide necessary operational support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google Sheets, Salesforce, and financial systems.

 

Responsibilities


GTM Team

  • Marketing Analytics:

    • Review Google Analytics and update the internal Google Sheet (Website Analytics report)

    • Review and run Google Ads reports, then update the internal Google Sheet (Google Ads performance report)

  • Marketing Events Management: Collaborate with internal teams to gather event results and analyze ROI. Run Salesforce reports and update the internal Google Sheet  (event performance report)

  • Update Company Knowledge base: Company Stats / New Sales Kits / Case Studies / Press Releases

  • Sales Ops (Salesforce):  Data clean up (Sending reminder email to move leads, Activity tracking) and management (Any data conversion / Data entry tasks)


Operation / Finance Team

  • AR/AP: AR/AP Report creation and management

  • Billing: Support customer billing processes and invoice management

  • Budget: Track, update, and manage company budget and usage

  • Contract: Manage customer and vendor contracts and maintain all the records.

  • PS Project Status Management: Help manage key KPIs on professional services project status.

  • Business Planning and Strategy: Support important business planning and strategy tasks by helping to create presentations, sheets, and documents, and performing necessary market research and data analysis.


Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of professional experience

  • Basic Knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Ads: Familiarity with reviewing marketing performance data and updating reports in Google Sheets.

  • Experience with Salesforce: Basic experience in generating and interpreting Salesforce reports, and managing sales-related tasks such as data clean-up and lead management.

  • Understanding of Notion: Ability to update and maintain content in Notion, including company stats and marketing materials.

  • Data Management Skills: Proficient in data entry, basic data conversion, and tracking activities using Google Sheets and Salesforce.

  • Financial Awareness: Basic experience with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes, budget management, and P/L.

  • Contract Management: Basic understanding of contract terms, requirements, and obligations (e.g., NDA, MSA, Order Forms)

  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting reminder emails and interacting with team members.

  • Organizational Skills: Capability to handle multiple administrative tasks and maintain attention to detail across different responsibilities.

  • Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and other relevant software for data management and reporting.

  • English proficiency: Professional-level proficiency to write, read, and speak in English


Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Korean


Work Location and Time

  • You will be working in our Bespin Global Indonesia office located in Jakarta.

  • You will be working during Indonesian hours, but required to follow a 7 am - 4 pm work schedule to ensure enough time to communicate with the Bespin Global US team.
