Make a real impact on cloud cost efficiency! We are seeking a talented and driven Cloud Billing Operations and FinOps Specialist with a focus on AWS billing to join our growing team. This is a remote role based in the USA. If you have a passion for optimizing cloud spending, deep AWS billing expertise, and are fluent in Korean, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex customer billing and invoicing for customers’ cloud spend
• Directly communicate with customers to provide expert guidance on AWS billing strategies and answer other billing/cost related inquiries including evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of direct vs. MSP billing for new clients.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across customers’ AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Provide insightful analysis and reporting on AWS cost and usage, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize pricing and billing processes
• Collaborate with our cross-functional teams and regional teams in Korea and Southeast Asia to implement cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Manage cloud account onboarding, billing, and overall cloud account operations.

Qualifications:

• 3~5 years of experience in direct AWS account and billing management at cloud reseller partners and/or MSPs.
• Deep understanding of AWS billing, cost management, and optimization best practices.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done - “Bring me the problems and I’ll find a way to solve them” mentality
• Proven experience working within a Cloud MSP environment.
• Experience with cloud account migrations between hyperscalers.
• Solid understanding of FinOps principles. FinOps certifications are a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and lots of changes
