What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our rapidly growing U.S. team, you will be the driving force for our expansion into the healthcare sector. You'll leverage your industry expertise to work directly with healthcare clients and our brilliant internal engineers, solving complex challenges and driving sales success. Expect a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your contributions make a significant impact on patient care and operational efficiency through technology.

  • Lead the Charge in Healthcare: Actively prospect and generate qualified sales leads within the healthcare ecosystem, including hospital systems, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and health-tech innovators. You will be selling cloud resale (GCP & AWS), managed cloud services (MSP), specialized professional services, and Bespin’s cutting-edge SaaS products.
  • Close Transformative Healthcare Deals: Seal the deal with leading healthcare enterprises and innovative startups across the U.S., driving their cloud transformation and helping them achieve better patient outcomes and operational excellence.
  • Be a Trusted Healthcare Cloud Advisor: Engage confidently with clinical and IT leaders in healthcare organizations, ensuring their continued, secure, and compliant cloud growth. Identify new upsell opportunities for our services and SaaS products that address specific industry needs.
  • Forge Strategic Alliances: Build lasting, deep connections with the healthcare-focused teams at major cloud service providers (AWS, GCP) and our business partners to unlock greater business potential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Healthcare & Cloud Sales Expertise: 5+ years of technology sales experience, with a significant portion focused on selling cloud solutions (AWS/GCP), professional services, and/or SaaS products directly to healthcare and life sciences organizations.
  • Established Healthcare Network: You have a robust and verifiable network of contacts at various levels (including C-level, VP, and Director) within the healthcare industry. This isn't just a plus; it's essential for success in this role.
  • Deep Industry Acumen: You understand the business drivers and regulatory landscape of the healthcare market. You can speak fluently about challenges and opportunities related to HIPAA, HITECH, data interoperability (FHIR/HL7), and security in the cloud.
  • Consistent Achiever: You’ve got a track record of crushing sales quotas and smashing KPIs in a competitive market.
  • Strategic Problem-Solver: You excel at understanding the unique clinical and operational needs of healthcare customers and crafting tailored cloud solutions that deliver tangible value and exceed their expectations.
  • Expert Prospector: You don’t wait for leads. You have a bias for action, a hunter mentality, and a proven ability to make things happen.
  • Customer Obsessed: Your mission is complete customer satisfaction, leading to long-term partnerships.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You possess top-notch verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
