Multifamily Asset Management Financial Analyst

Billingsley Company is seeking a detail-driven Multifamily Asset Analyst to join our growing Asset Management team. This role is primarily focused on supporting our expanding multifamily portfolio, with opportunities to contribute across other asset classes including retail, industrial, land, and office.


As we continue to develop and operate some of the most thoughtfully planned communities in DFW, this position is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in real estate asset management with one of the region’s most respected and vertically integrated developers.


What You’ll Do

  • Support the Multifamily Asset Management team by tracking financial performance, budgets, and loan compliance
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, reforecasts, distributions, and annual budgets
  • Update financial models for existing assets and new developments, including budget-to-actual comparisons
  • Perform leasing, yield, and long-term forecasting analyses
  • Conduct market research to understand local economic drivers and competitive positioning
  • Assist with due diligence, loan packages, and transaction support (new construction loans, refinances, and dispositions)
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with development, accounting, construction, and property management teams
  • Manage lender reporting and compliance obligations
  • Prepare underwriting and investment materials for executives, investors, and lenders
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in both internal and external communications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate asset management, consulting, finance, or public accounting
  • Strong Excel skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
  • A proactive, career-minded professional passionate about real estate and ready to grow with us
