The Role
As a Business Development Intern, you will work directly with our Chief Commercial Officer and CEO on Biolyz’s most important commercial, strategic, and operational initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants exposure to the inner workings of a venture-backed startup—from go-to-market strategy to growth experiments, partnerships, operations, and special projects.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Support GTM strategy and execution
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research, landscape mapping, and competitive analysis
- Run and track growth experiments (digital + offline)
- Build pitch decks, one-pagers, and client materials
- Assist with operational and strategic projects across departments
- Work cross-functionally with science, ops, and tech teams

What We’re Looking For
- Top tier university, studying business, PPE, computer science or similar
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Curiosity, bias for action, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
- Prior internships or experience in startups, consulting, VC, or health tech is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a big bonus
