Biolyz is a saliva-based biomarker testing solution. We provide daily saliva testing with a 24h analysis timeline for over 125+ biomarkers. We leverage biomarkers to predict injuries and performance for athlete teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive operational projects end-to-end—from chaos to delivery
• Solve real commercial and logistical problems under tight time pressure
• Support and sometimes lead initiatives in sales, fundraising, supplier coordination, lab operations, or hiring
• Prepare key materials (dashboards, financial models, decks, client deliverables) at founder quality
• Identify bottlenecks and fix them without waiting to be told
• Be the founder's right hand—keeping momentum when others slow down
• Work across time zones, late hours, urgent tasks—if the job needs doing, you do it

You

• Top tier business school/university, studying business, PPE, computer science or startup operator with comparable firepower
• Previous internships or experience at high-growth startups, top-tier consultancies, or VC-backed ventures
• Obsessive attention to detail, ultra-high work rate, and a bias toward doing
• Thrive under pressure, ambiguity, and brutal deadlines
• Not scared to open Figma, fix a contract, cold-email 200 leads, or take a train to chase down a supplier
• You don’t wait for instructions—you move
• Fluent in German is mandatory
• Availability: full-time internship for at least 5 months
