About the role
Birrdi is hiring a Pre-Sales Specialist to lead product demonstrations and help prospective customers understand how Birrdi can solve real operational challenges within their businesses.
You will serve as one of the first points of deep product interaction for potential customers. This role requires strong product knowledge, the ability to understand operator workflows, and the ability to translate business problems into clear software solutions.
You will work closely with sales, onboarding, product, and leadership to ensure prospects receive accurate, helpful, and tailored demonstrations of the Birrdi platform. This role plays a critical part in customer acquisition and overall company growth.
This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates located within the United States.
What you'll do
Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective customers
• Learn Birrdi’s platform in depth, including booking workflows, memberships, payments, access control, and customer management features
• Understand operator business models and tailor demos to address their specific needs and challenges
• Clearly explain software functionality, workflows, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth prospect handoffs and accurate customer expectations
• Answer product questions and help prospects evaluate how Birrdi fits their business operations
• Maintain strong organization and follow-up with prospects when needed
• Provide feedback to product and leadership teams based on prospect questions, objections, and feature requests
• Help continuously improve demo processes, messaging, and presentation materials
Qualifications
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially over video calls
• Ability to learn and explain software products in a clear, confident, and structured way
• Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer needs and pain points
• Comfortable leading conversations with business owners, operators, and decision-makers
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a small team
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Preferred but not required:
• Experience in SaaS, software demos, or pre-sales roles
• Experience working with reservation, booking, or operational management software
• Familiarity with indoor golf, hospitality, or experience-based businesses
• CRM or sales pipeline experience
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary range of $60,000 – $75,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
