About the Role
St. Charles Automotive is expanding our Mobile Service program and looking for a Mobile
Service Coordinator to be the central connection between our customers, technicians in the
field, and our dealership team. This is not just a back-office role - as the face and voice of
Mobile Service, you’ll ensure that every customer receives a seamless, professional, and
convenient service experience.

What you'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Mobile Service customers via phone, web, and in-person inquiries.
- Manage the Mobile Service calendar to maximize technician productivity, efficiency, and route planning.
- Use dealership tools (recall dashboards, missed opportunity reports, customer databases) to proactively schedule service opportunities.
- Communicate clearly with customers about services offered, appointment details, and follow-up needs.
- Partner with technicians to ensure mobile units are properly stocked with parts and tools each day.
- Track key performance indicators (ROs per day, revenue per RO, customer satisfaction scores).
- Support customer-pay growth by offering maintenance options and following up on declined services.
- Maintain accurate records in the DMS and support warranty/recall documentation.
- Act as a brand ambassador - professional, customer-focused, and committed to delivering quality and convenience.
