About the role
BizzyCar is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team in Boston. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in the office and two days remote, offering a balance of collaboration and flexibility.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll own a book of business and play a critical role in helping customers see value quickly and consistently from our platform. You’ll work in a high-volume environment, partnering closely with customers to onboard them, train them, solve problems, and help them grow. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and expansion.
