As we scale from 100 to 150+ employees, we are seeking a confident and strategic VP of People who can shape, lead, and execute our people strategy while embodying and reinforcing BizzyCar’s leadership principles and core values.
Role Overview
The VP of People will be a key executive leader responsible for developing people, elevating performance, and shaping a culture of accountability, growth, and innovation. This is not an HR Manager role. This individual must be fluent in how AI can enhance people operations and should be comfortable creating content—from internal communications to employee development materials.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, leaning into hiring, organizational development, and building leadership capabilities across the company. We're seeking a strategic leader who can operate at the executive level, but who also enjoys getting into the details and making things happen.
